Louisiana Districts

Louisiana has 64 parishes, which each have their own trial courts. The Louisiana Court of Appeals has five courts that review the decisions of those lower courts. If further appellate review is desired is is handled by the Supreme Court of Louisiana.

The three largest municipalities in Louisiana are New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Shreveport.
